Hello North Torrance Little League Family,
The Board Of Directors is pleased to announce that our 2021 spring registration is now open!
This season will differ compared to our normal seasons due to COVID-19. We will continue to follow LA County and TUSD health guidelines throughout our season. More information will follow as we get closer to starting the season.
Due to the current circumstances NTLL will not be able to host our annual Opening Day events and possibly Closing Day Ceremonies as well.
Our goal for this season is to provide a lower registration fee and we are happy to say we have found a way!
The registration fee is as follows:
• T-Ball and Division- $75
• Rookie Division $75
• Farm Division-$100
• Minor Division-$125
• Major Division-$125
The registration fee will provide each player with a dry-fit shirt, hat, gator (face covering) and socks. This fee also helps with our on-going operation costs such as, insurance, charter, utilities, field maintenance, equipment, umpires and cleaning supplies.
Due to the shortened season, our Major and Minor teams will only play about 10 regular season games (excluding tournaments). This is to align with our District 27 Tournament Of Champions and All Star schedule. All other divisions will play about 12-5 regular season games.
This plan is contingent upon the direction of our local governing agencies with regards to COVID-19. If the season is cancelled or postponed due to COIVD-19, unfortunately no refunds will be offered.
In order to have this season, we will need volunteer coaches for each division. Please contact your player agent to discuss. The player agent information can be in found in the Board Of Directors directory (found on NTLL website).
The tentative schedule is as follows:
• 3/2/21 -Registration opens
• 3/11/21 -Registration closes
• 3/13/21 and 3/14/21 -Tryouts
• 3/15/21 - Draft
• 3/26/21- Opening Day
On behalf of North Torrance Little League and the Board Of Directors, I want to thank you for the continued support, patience and understanding. Let’s PLAY BALL!
Sincerely,
Art Bonilla
NTLL President
