2011 NTLL Bylaws

Each local Little League Board of Directors should adopt its own bylaws, local rules, or ground rules (the terms are interchangeable), which expire at the end of the fiscal year and must be renewed annually. No part of the local bylaws can conflict with or supersede any Little League rule, regulation, or policy.

As such, Little League 2011 rules will prevail, with the addition of the following:

• NTLL League-wide Bylaws
• Major Bylaws
• Minor Bylaws
• Farm Bylaws
• Rookie Bylaws
• Tee Ball Bylaws
